What the article says
On Saturday 17 February 2024 in Guiglo, the municipality and the association met officially for the first time. The municipal delegation was led by the third deputy mayor responsible for finance; Victor Zougo, ADEWE’s country representative, stood in for Nicaise Deeo, president of the association and of the Wêbloa mutual.
The paper reports that Guiglo’s mayor made several offices available to ADEWE to serve as the head office of the Wêbloa regional health mutual, and that the hospital is to be built on that same site, serving Cavally and Guémon.
